The age limit is from 23 years to 72 years and you are required to have held your driving license for at least 3 years. In any other case, the insurance does not cover any damage caused to the car.
 

Of course! You can pay with your credit card the amount of the rental without any other amount commitment. However, you can choose to pay in cash upon arrival or pay with PayPal. The payment method is your choice 🙂

For car rental we will need your driver’s license and passport/ID.

We follow a very fair policy. We check the fuel level together and you return it to the same level.

Yes of course! You could make resrvation without a deposit and paid on arrival by cash, Credit Card or PayPal.

In case of cancellation, there is absolutely no fee. We would still appreciate it if you inform us in time so that we can serve another guest on our island 🙂

Your flight details are required in the booking for this very reason. We constantly check the arrival time and thus relieve you of any stress! 🙂 We will be there upon your arrival even if it is hours late without any charge.

There is absolutely no additional charge. All charges are detailed on your booking and this is the final amount you pay on arrival.

It covers everything! It covers the entire car including the bottom, windows, mirrors, tires, all people who have been declared as drivers as well as all passengers with 0 excess for anything.

In case of breakdown you have our mobile which is available 24/365, we have Viber as well as WhatsApp, you call us and we solve any problem. We have road assistance available all over the island of Crete, we repair the breakdown at the same time if this is possible or we replace the vehicle.
 

Summons for any violation are the sole responsibility of the renter. In the event of a fine for any violation you are obliged to inform us so that we can guide you in paying it. In case of concealment, we are informed anyway by the traffic police and the fine is sent by the Greek Government to the address given in the contract.

The renter is responsible for the replacement of the key and for the cost of delivering a new one to the location where the car is located.
